Conditions of Booking

How to book

Telephone or email to check availability. Complete the booking form and, return it with your deposit. A receipt will then be issued confirming your booking and the remaining balance payable. The balance must be paid in full not less than 21 days before your holiday is due to commence. If payment is not so received, we reserve the right to re-let the cottage without prior notification.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your holiday reservation, 21 days notice must be given, and sent by recorded delivery. If you have already paid the balance of your holiday and we are unable to re-let the cottage any refund is at the owner’s discretion. An administration charge will be payable. Deposits are not refundable on cancelled bookings.

Accommodation

The persons hiring and occupying the cottage shall be as stated on the booking form. Any changes or alterations must be notified in writing. The cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4/5 people.

Occupation

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. The cottage can be occupied at 2pm on the day of arrival and, should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Swimming pool/ponds

Non-swimmers and, all children, must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult, who is able to swim.

Cottage

Car parking is provided in designated areas. You are responsible for the cost of any damage to the cottage and, for the replacement of any breakages. We expect the cottage left in good order, for the next holidaymaker to fully enjoy.

Pets and Groups

Sorry, pets are not allowed. We do not accept all male or all female parties, or groups of unaccompanied teenagers.

Neither the owner of the cottage nor any company operating the holiday village shall be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage direct or indirect, loss or damage to any property, including motor vehicles, motor cycles, or the like, however caused, sustained by or occasioned to any person whether resulting from or caused by the negligence, default, wilful act, or omission of the cottage owner or company operating the holiday village.
